Crohn’s Disease
By: C. Dykes, Burlington, Ontario

In October of 1999, just weeks before my 24th Birthday, I was diagnosed with the “dreaded Crohn’s Disease. It was traumatic. I was led to believe that medications and surgery were the only means of managing this illness. I disagreed and I was able to convince my doctors that there was another way- diet and supplements. I was convinced that taking responsibility for my own health was the key to feeling well.

Despite my ability to go drug free and maintain healthy bowel habits, I was unable to eliminate cramping and I was also unable to regain the weight I had lost.

A few months ago I came across Pam Collins and her page inspired me. I contacted her and she started me on the Cellulase enzymes and Nutritional Essentials. I have seen drastic improvements. I no longer have any cramps, my energy level and my appetite are terrific. I have been able to introduce new foods successfully and, most importantly, I have averaged a 1.5 pounds weight gain each week. I have not felt this healthy since before my diagnosis.
