Before I talk about the wonders of NCP's products...I would like to share a little bit of information about how I was raised. My parents owned several health food stores in Southern California during the 1940s. My father was also a distributor of juice machines and several top-quality health supplements (including the first ever super food product..."green magic" alfalfa chlorophyll). I was raised mostly vegetarian...eating some fish (about once every 3 months) and also some free-range eggs and organic raw dairy...very sparingly. A glass of milk was considered a treat in our home! Our family performed professionally...and we knew how dairy products affected our singing voices. So, we abstained from milk for at least one week prior to each performance.

We never had soda pop, white flour or white sugar in our home. Other highly processed foods were also not allowed. Instead, we ate lots of raw fresh fruits and vegetables...and whole grains. We grew our own alfalfa sprouts and wheat grass. Every day we had fresh raw fruit for breakfast ...and after school my sisters and I drank a glass of fresh carrot and green juice. ..a requirement before we could eat dinner.  And since my mother knew a little about the value of enzymes...she insisted that we have some fresh raw vegetables (usually dark greens) with every meal.

Over the years, I have come to realize that the knowledge my parents passed on to me was just the beginning! From my early teens, I began studying on my own...and throughout my adult life I have continued to learn whatever I can about natural health. My husband quit eating meat and highly processed foods (after observing how healthy I was!) a few months before we were married...and together we raised our children the way I was raised. During my 25 year DJ career, I had the opportunity to interview many wonderful guests on my radio show. It was my  interviews in 1995, at a Salt Lake City radio station with vegan authors and teachers Dr. Marc Sorenson and Dr. Michael Klaper...that helped our family to make the switch from mostly vegetarian to vegan.

My first experience with Natural Choice Products was in 1998. I was working as an announcer at a radio station in Southeast Idaho. Lou Corona was a guest on my show...to promote his upcoming health seminar in the area. I was so impressed with how vibrant and young Lou looked and acted (he was 48 at the time). Plus, I was amazed at Lou's overflowing knowledge of health! So, I encouraged my husband and our children to attend his lecture!

After attending his awesome seminar and food demo...Lou continued to "feed" us with more of his wisdom and knowledge about living foods and enzymes while we all enjoyed a salad at a local restaurant. As we were going to our cars and saying our "good-byes," Lou tossed me a container of Multiple Digestive Enzymes Powder...and said..."Merry Christmas!"

I was thrilled...to say the least!  I knew how valuable those enzymes were, so I made sure that our family of six would get the most benefit we could out of them. Since we had just moved to the area...finances were tight, and I didn't know if we could afford to buy any more when they were gone! I figured it would be better to have a little every day for a longer period of time, than to use them as directed and only have them last for a week!  I also thought this would be a great "test" to see just how good the product was! To make sure that the enzymes would last at least a couple of months, every night before we went to bed...I gave everybody a tiny amount of enzymes (about 1/2 a capsule of powder!). With just that small amount of enzyme powder...I actually noticed an improvement in my digestion!

Later, when the NCP enzymes were gone...I went to the health food store to see if I could find a comparable enzyme product. I read a lot of labels and then decided to purchase some enzymes from a trusted supplement company. I took them home and used the full amount as directed for one month. There was no comparison! That tiny bit of NCP enzymes we had rationed was more effective on my body than the other company's full amount of product! So, I realized that the enzymes from NCP were worth every penny...AND MORE!

Since I didn't understand all there is to know about the value of taking enzymes...and the budget was still tight...I just continued to make sure that we were all eating lots of raw foods. Our family was (and still is) very healthy...because of the way my parents raised me...and I in turn raised my children. So, we didn't and still do not have any health crisis to deal with.

This brings me to 2001...when we moved to Vancouver, Washington for my husband's job. I became involved with the Portland International Raw and Living Foods Festival. I produced their radio and TV ads and Emceed the event. Our family provided entertainment for the festival, strolling around and singing barbershop-style music. I also contacted Lou Corona...and asked him to be a speaker and have an NCP booth at the festival.

During the week of the festival...we registered with NCP. Amazingly enough, it was because of our good health that we put off using NCP's enzymes and other wonderful products! I had no idea how healthy I could look and feel! I went from looking and feeling better than the average person... to better than what I remember my own health to be in my early 20s! Fine lines on my face began to disappear...and my hair is almost back to its original color (very soon, I will be able to stop using health food store hair dye!). I also had a very large raised mole literally fall off my back...and two age spots on my hand fade away!

Since my mid 30s, people have usually thought I was 10 years younger than I am. Now, they mistakenly believe that I am at least 15 years younger than my actual chronological age (I will be 50 in January). My 22 year old son's best friend thought that I was in my early 30s! I told him to do the math! My husband and I got married when I was 26...and our oldest son was born a year later.

I suppose the most amazing thing about using the NCP Multiple Digestive Enzymes is...my body's shifting and "normalizing" of its weight! I am 5' 8 1/2" tall...and I have always been thin. For the past 20 years, my average weight has been between 125 and 135 pounds. But, I also have always been bottom-heavy. I was 5' 7 1/2" when I was 17...and I weighed about 106 pounds. Even though I was very thin, I was still bottom-heavy. My measurements were 32 1/2 (top) - 23 1/2 (waist) - 34 1/2 (hips).  Plus, whenever I have lost weight...I would always lose it from the top first...then from the bottom. If I gained any weight...my bottom half would get it first...followed by my top. Thankfully, I have never been a "yo-yo" dieter! Or I would really have huge hips! ;)

Since I have been taking NCP's Multiple Digestive Enzymes on a regular basis (I usually take between 5 and 10 capsules every day...depending on what I eat), I have lost inches MOSTLY on my hips and thighs! I now wear a size 7/8 pants in the junior department! And I did not go on any diet or exercise routine. I just continue to take the enzymes and live a healthy mostly living foods lifestyle!
