Life Change

I guess people are always looking for that “Magic Bullet”, or “Fountain of Youth”. Well, I feel like I’ve found it.

In May of 98, I attended a talk given by Michael O’Brien. He spoke about a “Basic Four”: Enzymes, Probiotics, Whole Food and Tocotrienols and what they did for the body. He hit on so many good points- I was really listening. I went home to CHANGE my life style.

I cleared my cupboards of all wheat and sugar of any kind. I started eating more live food, fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, sunflower seed sprouts, rye crackers and rice pasta. This was along with the Basic Four suggested by Michael. When I started, I had headaches 3-5 times a week, my neck and shoulders were tight and full of knots- I visited the chiropractor monthly. I actually thought I felt pretty good.

I began to see changes immediately. They weren’t all good at first, but then I saw a steady improvement. With the help of my nutrition coach, within 3 months I quit going to the chiropractor, I had lost some weight and inches, my neck is flexible, my shoulders are now free, and I don’t get headaches. Amazing to me. I feel I’ve made the best life-style choice of my life.
