SPORT INJURIES AND MSM

Recently while playing softball, I jammed my finger so badly it was believed to be broken. After having it checked by a physician, he assured me it was not broken, but seriously sprained. I consulted with the staff at Natural Choice Products as to the best way to speed the recovery so that I could get back to playing. It was recommended that I take Protease and MSM along with soaking my hand in cold water until numb then going to hot water until it became uncomfortable at least once a day. I started taking 4 Protease and 4 MSM every half-hour and soaking my hand. Within 24 hours the swelling had gone down considerably. The discoloration faded and the range of motion returned. Forty-eight hours after the injury, I was back playing with very little pain, no swelling and slight bruising. I am still taking the MSM and Protease, but only on an hourly basis and treating it with ice water/hot water once a day.

Thank you Natural Choice Products!
Sincerely,

Mary C. - Montana
