At NCP we make every effort possible to get packages out in a timely manner but on occasion there are circumstances beyond our control that prevents us from shipping the same day.

International Orders: Please contact our customer service desk at 800-626-5143 for actual shipping costs.

Occasionally a product may be on back order. We will ship out the product ASAP. We ask for your patience in these situations.

Autoship Orders

Any changes to Autoships MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the shipping date.

If sufficient notice is not given in order to stop the monthly Autoship a refund will be made (less a 10% restocking fee). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the shipping for the return.

If your Autoship falls on a weekend the order will be processed on the Friday before the weekend. If it falls on a holiday it will be processed on the last working day before the holiday.

Any special being offered at the time of your Autoship release date must be specifically requested at least 24 hours before Autoship release date. Prices and/or products sent on Autoship orders cannot be changed without prior contact with Autoship customer.

Return Policy

We at NCP sell only the highest quality products, however, if for any reason a customer should be dissatisfied with any item purchased directly from NCP, that unopened/partial item may be returned and must be received by NCP WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase date for a refund (less a 10% restocking fee).
Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for a refund.

In the event of an autoship, any changes MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the shipping date.  If 24 hours are not given and the order has been packaged for shipment and we are asked pull the order and not ship the package, a refund will be issued, however a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.   If an autoship has been sent and you are wishing to return it the same rule applies.

All products being returned must have a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling the sales department at 800-626-5143. This number must be written on each carton returned.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the shipping for all returns. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used. The risk of loss in shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. If the items are not received it is also the responsibility of the customer to track the package.
